This is an update with respect to the health plan offered by CEO Clubs, Inc.

Through a number of insurance department actions, it is alleged that the CEO Club health plan has been underwritten by unauthorized insurers.  Accordingly, coverage has been or will be terminated with these underwriters.  Claims previously submitted or which have been incurred prior to termination will continue to be processed.
